Friends of Hospice membership is open to all persons interested in helping to promote and sustain superior hospice services in the community. Membership is available at six different levels and runs from July 1 through June 30.
This year, we encourage you to consider increasing your membership level. Remember, your payment is 100% deductible.

Special Friend - $150
Patron - $275
Angel - $500
Benefactor - $1,000
