Friends of Hospice membership is open to all persons interested in helping to promote and sustain superior hospice services in the community. Joining is easy. Complete an online membership form and make your tax deductible donation! You will be prompted to make a payment using PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.

Renew your membership TODAY and continue to support our mission to increase community awareness and understanding of hospice and to raise funds in support of patients and their families in end-of-life care. We encourage you to consider increasing your membership level at yearly renewal.

Membership is available at six different levels (tax deductible) and runs from July 1 through June 30.
